Thank you for shopping with Vynk Club. We are proud to offer unique designs on high-quality, made-to-order products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Our Core Policy: All Sales Are Final
At Vynk Club, every product is printed and created on-demand, specifically for you, after an order is placed. Because each item is custom-made, we do not hold inventory and cannot restock returned goods.
Due to the nature of this process, we are unable to accept returns, process refunds, or offer exchanges for any reason, including:

Incorrect size selection (please consult the size chart on each product page carefully). 
- 
Change of mind. 
- 
Minor variations in color from what is seen on-screen. 
Order Cancellations
Orders are sent to our production partners automatically to ensure a fast fulfillment process. Therefore, we can only accommodate cancellation requests within 2 hours of your order being placed.
Any cancellation request submitted after this 2-hour window cannot be processed, as the item will have already entered the production phase.
Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to resolving issues where we are at fault. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at [Your Support Email Address] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number in the subject line. 
- 
Include a clear photograph of the issue (the damage, the defect, or the incorrect item received). 
After reviewing your claim, if we determine the issue is a result of our error, we will gladly ship a replacement of the correct item to you at no additional cost. We do not require you to return the original item.
