Thank you for shopping with Vynk Club! This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle shipping for your print-on-demand orders.
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
As a print-on-demand store, every item you order is custom-made just for you. This process involves two key stages:

Fulfillment (3-7 Business Days): This is the time it takes to create your product. It includes printing, quality control, and packaging. Our standard fulfillment time is 3 to 7 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or sales events, this may take slightly longer.

Shipping: Once your order is fulfilled and packaged, it is dispatched for delivery. The shipping time depends on your location.
Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time
2. Shipping Times and Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your orders safely. Below are the estimated shipping times after your order has been fulfilled.

Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

We primarily use carriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, and DHL for international shipments. You will be notified of the carrier once your order is dispatched.
Disclaimer: These are estimated delivery times. Delays due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues are outside of our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

The total weight and dimensions of your order.

Your delivery address.
The final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Multiple Shipments
To ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible, different items in a single order may be fulfilled by different partners. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package and will not be charged extra for shipping.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Vynk Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Addressing Common Issues

Incorrect Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or building security. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Vynk Club is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement.
